4. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques to provide customers with the most current and relevant services.
5. Utilize creativity to suggest and provide personalized hair and beauty services to meet customers' individual needs.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work station, as well as adhere to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of services for customers.
9. Proactively promote and sell products and services to customers to enhance their overall experience.
10. Attend and participate in mandatory training and development sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
11. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
12. Manage and maintain daily appointment schedule to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code and code of conduct.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
15. Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
