Responsibilities:

5. Maintain knowledge of Ulta Beauty's product and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Process product orders, return requests, and exchanges.
7. Ensure the store is properly stocked and presentable at all times.
8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and other team members.
9. Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer inquiries at once.
10. Assist with store operations such as merchandising, stocking, and inventory.
11. Follow all safety and security protocols.
12. Flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
