Skincare Specialist

Ulta Beauty is currently looking for a Skincare Specialist to join our team of experts. As a Skincare Specialist, you will provide expertise and guidance to our customers on skincare products, services, and treatments. You will help build relationships with our guests, be passionate about skincare products, and strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.We are looking for someone who has a deep passion for skincare, is a master of product knowledge, and has a flair for customer service. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of experience in the beauty industry, and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. In addition, you should have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

1. Providing expertise and guidance to customers on skincare products, services, and treatments.
2. Building relationships with customers and striving to exceed their expectations.
3. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of skincare products.
4. Utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
5. Working in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented.
6. Upselling additional skincare products and services.
7. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
8. Performing other duties as assigned.
