Skincare Specialist

Ulta Beauty is looking for an outgoing, customer-service oriented Skincare Specialist to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and able to confidently provide advice to customers on our amazing products. Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and has a strong knowledge of the beauty industry. 2. Keep up to date on the beauty industry and skincare trends to provide informed advice to customers.
3. Demonstrate and explain products to customers, emphasizing their features and benefits.
4. Maintain a current knowledge of Ulta Beauty’s products and services.
5. Keep the sales floor and displays organized and tidy.
6. Assist with sales and promotional activities.
7. Ensure that all customers receive a positive, memorable shopping experience.
8. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
