We are looking for an experienced and passionate Prestige Sales Manager to join our Ulta Beauty team! This role is responsible for driving store sales and performance for our prestige category, ensuring that our customers always experience an unparalleled level of service and engagement. As a Prestige Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability, and for providing an exceptional customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service in the beauty industry. You should also have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience.
  3. Monitor store performance and adjust sales and service approaches accordingly.
  4. Monitor and address customer feedback in a timely manner.
  5. Manage and motivate team members to meet sales goals.
  6. Lead team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
  7. Collaborate with the other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  8. Oversee inventory management and replenishment.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Analyze customer trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
