Job Description

Ulta Beauty is looking for an experienced Prestige Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is someone who is knowledgeable in the beauty industry, has a passion for sales and customer service, and is driven to exceed expectations. This person should be highly organized, have the ability to cultivate relationships with clients, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. The Prestige Sales Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the Ulta Beauty prestige retail store, while developing strategies to drive sales and build relationships with our customers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field• At least 3 years of management experience in a retail or related field• Demonstrated success in leading teams to exceed sales goals• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Responsibilities of the Prestige Sales Manager:

  1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive store sales and exceed expectations.
  2. Ensure that the store is staffed properly and that team members are motivated and trained to offer excellent customer service.
  3. Monitor and analyze store performance and take appropriate corrective action.
  4. Supervise and motivate staff to maximize their potential and performance.
  5. Develop relationships with customers and cultivate customer loyalty.
  6. Manage store operations including scheduling, merchandising, inventory management, and budgeting.
  7. Ensure that store is adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  9. Create reports to analyze store performance and recommend improvements.
  10. Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues.
