Ulta Beauty is looking for a Prestige Sales Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who is passionate about beauty and sales. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the prestige sales team, including recruiting, training, and development. You will also be responsible for driving sales, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store meets all Ulta Beauty standards.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail environment, preferably in the beauty industry. You should have a solid understanding of retail operations, including customer service and sales techniques. Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and team members.
