Responsibilities:

1. Provide customers with expert guidance and advice on all of Ulta Beauty's prestige beauty products.
2. Engage customers in meaningful conversations to better understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a positive shopping experience.
4. Create and promote a welcoming and inviting shopping environment for customers.
5. Exhibit strong customer service skills and build customer loyalty.
6. Monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed.
7. Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product launches.
9. Participate in in-store events and promotions.
10. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
