As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with top prestige brands and help our clients achieve their beauty goals.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
  2. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to educate and advise clients.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their beauty needs and recommending appropriate products.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling prestige beauty products.
  5. Keep up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  6. Attend product training and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and expertise in prestige beauty brands.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for clients.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with restocking and inventory management of prestige beauty products.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  11. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including hygiene and safety standards.
  13. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.
  14. Assist in achieving store objectives and goals by actively participating in store events and promotions.
  15. Uphold a positive and professional image at all times.

  • Sales And Product Knowledge: As A Prestige Beauty Advisor, The Ability To Sell High-End Beauty Products And Make Recommendations According To A Customer's Needs And Preferences Is Crucial. A Good Understanding Of Product Ingredients, Benefits, And Usage Is Also Necessary.

  • Makeup And Skincare Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Makeup Techniques, Skincare Routines, And Beauty Trends Is Necessary To Provide Expert Advice And Assistance To Customers. The Ability To Perform Makeup Applications And Skincare Consultations Is Also Desirable.
