We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Prestige Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Prestige Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work with top beauty brands and assist our clients in finding the perfect products to enhance their natural beauty. If you have a strong passion for all things beauty and a desire to provide exceptional customer service, then we want to hear from you!

  1. Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for the beauty industry and products.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect products from our top beauty brands to enhance their natural beauty.
  5. Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper application techniques.
  6. Keep up-to-date on new beauty trends and products to provide customers with the most current and accurate information.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  8. Perform makeup and skincare demonstrations and make personalized product recommendations to customers.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking products and cleaning makeup stations.
  10. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
  11. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
  12. Attend and participate in training sessions and product knowledge classes to continuously improve expertise.
  13. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Prestige Beauty Products: A Prestige Beauty Advisor At Ulta Beauty Must Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Prestige Beauty Brands And Products Sold At Ulta. This Includes Knowledge Of Ingredients, Benefits, And Application Techniques.

  • Sales And Customer Service Experience: The Ability To Effectively Sell Products And Provide Exceptional Customer Service Is Essential For A Prestige Beauty Advisor. Previous Experience In Sales Or Customer Service Roles Is Highly Valued.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Prestige Beauty Advisor, You Will Be Interacting With Customers Daily, Providing Product Recommendations And Advice. Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary For This Role.

  • Passion For Beauty And Fashion: A Love For All Things Beauty And Fashion Is A Must For A Prestige Beauty Advisor. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On The Latest Trends And Continuously Expanding Your Knowledge Of The Industry.

  • Cosmetology License (Preferred): While Not Always Required, Having A Cosmetology License Is Highly Desirable For A Prestige Beauty Advisor At Ulta Beauty. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Beauty Techniques And Can Enhance The Customer's Trust In Your Expertise.
