  1. Greet and welcome customers to the prestige beauty section of Ulta Beauty in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations based on their beauty needs and preferences.
  3. Demonstrate expert knowledge of all prestige beauty products, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
  4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell prestige beauty products to customers.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to effectively educate and assist customers.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and displays, to create a luxurious shopping environment.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals set by the store and company.
  9. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure the prestige beauty section is well-stocked and effectively merchandised.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the prestige beauty customer experience.
  11. Attend training sessions to further develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling and inventory management.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty, promoting the brand and its values at all times.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by treating all team members and customers with respect and empathy.
  15. Act with integrity and professionalism at all times, representing Ulta Beauty in a positive manner.
