Prestige Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty – Help Customers Look and Feel Amazing As a Prestige Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, you will be the face of the Ulta Prestige experience, helping customers discover and explore our wide selection of luxury beauty products. You will provide outstanding service, build relationships with our loyal customers, and ensure that every individual leaves with a sense of confidence and beauty. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  2. Build relationships with loyal customers and ensure they have an enjoyable experience.
  3. Become familiar with the wide selection of luxury beauty products offered at Ulta Beauty.
  4. Educate customers on the benefits of using prestige beauty products.
  5. Use excellent communication skills to influence customers and provide product recommendations.
  6. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in the store.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  9. Assist with merchandising and product displays.
  10. Participate in store events and promotions.
