1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with the brand's overall vision and goals.
2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of new products.
3. Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, signage, and overall visual presentation.
4. Work closely with the buying team to analyze sales data and make informed decisions on product assortment and placement.
5. Keep track of industry trends and competitor products to inform merchandising decisions.
6. Create and maintain planograms and merchandising guidelines for store layouts.
7. Train and support store teams on proper product placement and visual merchandising techniques.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays and promotions that drive sales.
9. Participate in the development and execution of store resets and new store openings.
10. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies for merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
11. Communicate regularly with store managers and district managers to address any merchandising issues and provide support.
12. Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the guest shopping experience.
13. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
14. Adhere to budget and timeline constraints for merchandising projects.
15. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide exceptional customer service and support to guests.
