Merchandising Coordinator

1. Manage and maintain inventory levels of all beauty products in the store.
2. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new products.
3. Replenish and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and organized display.
4. Communicate effectively with store management and team members to ensure merchandise displays are in line with company standards.
5. Keep track of sales trends and make recommendations for product placement and displays.
6. Ensure all merchandise is accurately priced and labeled.
7. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to identify any areas that need attention or improvement.
8. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that showcase new products and promotions.
9. Assist with the setup and execution of in-store events and promotions.
10. Train and mentor new team members on merchandising procedures and standards.
11. Maintain a clean and organized backroom to facilitate efficient restocking and inventory management.
12. Continuously monitor and report on inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches to ensure the store is always offering the latest and most popular products.
14. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and assist customers with any product-related inquiries or purchases.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, at all times.
