1. Curate and coordinate product selection for all Ulta Beauty stores, ensuring that it aligns with our brand vision and meets the needs and preferences of our customers.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, including new products, brands, and techniques, to continuously innovate and improve our product offerings.
3. Collaborate with various teams, including buying, marketing, and store operations, to ensure effective execution of merchandising strategies.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, product assortment, and promotional opportunities.
5. Create and manage product assortments for seasonal and promotional events, ensuring that they are visually appealing and drive sales.
6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify product performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize sales.
7. Work closely with store managers to ensure that visual merchandising guidelines are followed and displays are properly maintained.
8. Coordinate and oversee store resets and new product launches, ensuring that they are executed accurately and on time.
9. Train and educate store associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
10. Attend trade shows and industry events to stay informed about new products and market trends.
11. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all merchandising activities.
12. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in merchandising operations.
13. Act as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty, promoting our products and values both internally and externally.
14. Keep track of inventory levels and assist with inventory management to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.
15. Uphold Ulta Beauty's standards of excellence in all aspects of the job and demonstrate a strong commitment to our company culture.
