1. Receive and process incoming shipments of products and materials.
2. Inspect and verify the accuracy of received products against purchase orders.
3. Label, scan, and record received products into inventory database.
4. Organize and properly store products in designated locations within the distribution center.
5. Retrieve and prepare products for outbound shipments to retail stores.
6. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move and transport products.
7. Ensure all products are handled and stored according to safety guidelines and company standards.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient workflow.
9. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
10. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
11. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding product handling, safety, and quality control.
13. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
