4. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use.
5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques, and continuously develop and refine makeup skills to provide the best service possible.
6. Collaborate with other team members, including hairstylists and skin care specialists, to provide a seamless and comprehensive beauty experience for clients.
7. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell makeup products to clients, while also educating them on proper usage and application techniques.
8. Build and maintain relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base and promote repeat business.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, at all times.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Ulta Beauty by upholding the company's values and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
