1. Perform makeup application services to customers, including but not limited to, full-face makeup, special occasion makeup, and makeup consultations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and understanding customers' needs and preferences, and recommending products and services accordingly.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of makeup application techniques, including color matching, blending, and contouring, to achieve desired looks for customers.
4. Keep up-to-date with current makeup trends, products, and techniques to provide customers with the most relevant and high-quality services.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing tools and following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
6. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized and memorable experiences, and ensuring their satisfaction with services provided.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
8. Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and upselling products and services to customers.
9. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in team meetings and providing support to colleagues.
11. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary.
12. Uphold company values and standards, including but not limited to, diversity and inclusion, and ethical and professional behavior.
13. Adhere to all company policies and regulations, including those related to health and safety, sanitation, and product handling.
14. Maintain a professional and polished appearance, adhering to the company's dress code and grooming standards.
