- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with purchases.
- Utilize knowledge of beauty products and services to educate customers on the latest trends and techniques.
- Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service by demonstrating a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Lead and supervise a team of cashiers, ensuring that all team members are following company policies and procedures.
- Train new cashiers on proper customer service techniques, product knowledge, and point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor cashiers to ensure accuracy in cash handling and transactions.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including balancing the cash registers and preparing daily deposits.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash wrap area, ensuring that all products and displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions and effectively communicate them to the team.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Act as a leader and role model for the team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment, With At Least 1 Year In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Cash Handling Procedures, Including Opening And Closing Procedures, Voids And Returns, And Managing End-Of-Day Reports.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Team Members.
Proficient In Using Retail Point-Of-Sale (Pos) Systems And Other Computer Programs, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.
Demonstrated Ability To Prioritize And Delegate Tasks, Manage Time Effectively, And Maintain A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail In A Fast-Paced Environment.
