- Train and mentor new cashiers on customer service, product knowledge, and cash handling procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cashiers' performance, providing feedback and support for improvement when needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and surrounding area.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Lead Cashier At Ulta Beauty Must Have Exceptional Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Cash Handling Experience: The Lead Cashier Must Have Previous Experience Handling Cash And Performing Cash Register Transactions Accurately And Efficiently.
Supervisory Experience: This Role Requires Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, Including Delegating Tasks, Providing Feedback, And Resolving Conflicts.
Product Knowledge: The Lead Cashier Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Ulta Beauty's Products, Including The Different Brands And Their Features, To Assist Customers With Their Purchases.
