Lead Cashier

1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Ulta Beauty customers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
2. Act as a role model and leader for the cashiers, setting a high standard for customer service and professionalism.
3. Oversee the cashiers and ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
4. Train and coach cashiers on customer service skills, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of cash wrap area and store entrance.
7. Collaborate with store management to ensure proper staffing levels and schedule coordination for cashiers.
8. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to cashiers on a regular basis.
9. Assist in inventory management and merchandising to ensure products are stocked and displayed in an appealing manner.
10. Stay up-to-date on all Ulta Beauty products, promotions, and events, and share this knowledge with customers and cashiers.
11. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Ulta Beauty brand.
14. Attend company meetings and trainings as required.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
