Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor inventory levels and anticipate upcoming needs to ensure sufficient stock levels.
2. Track inventory movement to identify discrepancies and prevent losses.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and updating them in the system.
4. Receive and process incoming inventory and prepare outbound shipments.
5. Oversee inventory storage and handling to ensure safety and organization.
6. Ensure that all inventory is properly labeled and stored in the right location.
7. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to minimize excess stock.
8. Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
9. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
10. Create reports to alert management of stock levels and inventory issues.
11. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and systems.
12. Develop and implement strategies to reduce losses and improve inventory accuracy.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
