Fragrance Consultant

Ulta Beauty is seeking an experienced and passionate Fragrance Consultant to join our team! We are looking for an individual who is knowledgeable about the fragrance industry, has excellent customer service skills, and is driven by creating the ultimate shopping experience for our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and an enthusiasm for helping people select the perfect scent.The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of retail customer service experience. They must demonstrate an understanding of the fragrance industry, including product knowledge and trends. They must be able to provide recommendations to our guests and exceed sales goals. The Fragrance Consultant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This person should have a friendly, outgoing personality and a strong commitment to customer service. 8. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
9. Ensure store shelves are stocked and organized.
10. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Ulta Beauty's loyalty program and promotions.
