Fragrance Consultant

Ulta Beauty is looking for a passionate and experienced Fragrance Consultant to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers find the perfect fragrances, and building relationships with our guests. As a successful Fragrance Consultant, you must possess an in-depth knowledge of fragrances, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to be a product advocate. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to guests and assist in selecting the perfect fragrance.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all current fragrances and their characteristics.
3. Educate guests on the various fragrance options available and recommend appropriate scents.
4. Keep track of inventory and order additional products when necessary.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
6. Represent the Ulta Beauty brand in a positive and professional manner.
7. Assist in maintaining the store in a neat and organized fashion.
8. Adhere to all Ulta Beauty policies and procedures.
9. Participate in promotional activities and special events.
10. Remain current on industry trends and new product launches.
