Fragrance Consultant

As a Fragrance Consultant at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for providing a world-class experience to our customers by helping them to find their perfect scent. You will become a fragrance expert and use your knowledge to advise customers on the wide range of designer and niche fragrances we offer. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong passion for the beauty and fragrance industry, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service and develop relationships with customers in order to provide personalized assistance in finding the perfect fragrance.
2. Educate customers on the various designer and niche fragrances we offer, utilizing product knowledge and expertise.
3. Maintain a professional, positive, and upbeat attitude at all times.
4. Create a pleasant shopping experience through product demonstrations and promotions.
5. Keep up to date on the latest trends and products in the beauty and fragrance industry.
6. Work both independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and to ensure store goals are met.
7. Ensure that all displays are up to date, stocked, and organized.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases for future reference.
9. Monitor and control inventory levels in accordance with company standards.
10. Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the store management team.
