Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients as they enter the store and guide them to the esthetics department.
2. Provide a variety of esthetic services such as facials, waxing, and makeup application to clients, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
3. Consult with clients to determine their skin care needs and concerns, and recommend appropriate products and treatments.
4. Perform skin analysis and make treatment recommendations based on individual skin types.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and tools before and after each use.
6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the best possible service for clients.
7. Educate clients on proper skin care routines and recommend products for at-home use.
8. Utilize exceptional customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
9. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
10. Maintain accurate records of services provided, inventory, and sales for reporting purposes.
11. Collaborate with team members to create and participate in promotional events and services to attract and retain clients.
12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
13. Communicate any client concerns or issues to management and work together to find a solution.
14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date on new products and techniques.
