  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at all times.
  2. Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, waxing, and other treatments, with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the skincare and beauty industry.
  4. Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products that will benefit their specific needs.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work space to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
  6. Adhere to all state laws and regulations regarding esthetician services and maintain a valid license at all times.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  8. Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
  9. Actively promote and sell skincare products to clients, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  10. Attend training sessions and workshops to further enhance and develop skills and knowledge in the industry.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance the client experience.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player, willing to assist colleagues in tasks and duties when needed.

Job Qualifications

  • A Valid Esthetician License: Ulta Beauty Requires All Of Its Estheticians To Have A Valid And Up-To-Date License From The State In Which They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That All Estheticians Are Properly Trained And Qualified To Perform Services On Clients.

  • Experience In A Retail Or Spa Environment: Ulta Beauty Values Candidates Who Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Or Spa Environment. This Demonstrates The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service And Work In A Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Skincare Products And Treatments: As An Esthetician At Ulta Beauty, One Must Be Familiar With The Various Skincare Products And Treatments Offered. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Skin Types, Common Skin Concerns, And The Ability To Recommend And Sell Appropriate Products To Clients.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Successful Esthetician At Ulta Beauty Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients, Listen To Their Needs And Concerns, And Effectively Communicate And Educate Them On Skincare Products And Treatments.

  • Flexibility And Availability: Ulta Beauty Operates On A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings And Weekends. Therefore, Candidates For This Position Must Be Able To Work A Variety Of Shifts And Have The Availability To Work During Peak Business Hours. This Also Includes The Ability To Adapt To Changing Schedules And Handle A High Volume Of Clients.
