- Utilize strong knowledge of skin care and beauty treatments to recommend and perform services that meet clients' goals and expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
- Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Educate clients on proper skin care routines and products to help them achieve and maintain healthy skin.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both clients and staff.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage return visits and promote customer loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
- Attend training and development sessions to continue to improve skills and knowledge.

Cosmetology Or Esthetician License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid State License In Cosmetology Or Esthetics To Be Considered For An Esthetician Position At Ulta Beauty. This Ensures That They Have Completed The Necessary Training And Education To Perform Skincare Services.
Knowledge Of Skincare Products: A Strong Understanding Of Skincare Products, Ingredients, And Their Benefits Is Essential For An Esthetician At Ulta Beauty. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Skin Types, Conditions, And Concerns, As Well As The Ability To Recommend And Sell Appropriate Products To Clients.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ulta Beauty Places A Strong Emphasis On Providing Exceptional Customer Service. Estheticians Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Rapport With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Provide Personalized Recommendations And Services.
Experience In Skincare Services: While Previous Experience Is Not Always Required, Candidates With A Background In Providing Skincare Services, Such As Facials, Waxing, And Chemical Peels, Will Be Given Preference.
