As a Brow Waxing Expert, you will have the opportunity to enhance the natural beauty of our clients by providing exceptional brow waxing services.   1. Perform high-quality brow waxing services on clients, utilizing proper techniques and sanitation practices.
  2. Consult with clients to determine their desired brow shape and provide recommendations based on their face shape and features.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and techniques related to brow waxing.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work station, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment.
  5. Greet clients warmly and make them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the service.
  6. Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend products to maintain their brows.
  7. Remain knowledgeable about all products and services offered at Ulta Beauty to assist clients with any additional needs.
  8. Uphold Ulta Beauty's high standards for customer service and professionalism.
  9. Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and building relationships.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  11. Attend and actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  12. Handle client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Maintain accurate records and documentation of brow waxing services provided.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  15. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Brow Waxing And Shaping: A Brow Waxing Expert At Ulta Beauty Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Brow Waxing And Shaping Techniques. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Brow Shapes And Styles To Cater To Different Client Preferences.

  • Knowledge Of Beauty And Skincare Products: As A Brow Waxing Expert, It Is Important To Have A Strong Understanding Of Beauty And Skincare Products, Specifically Those Used For Waxing And Brow Care. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Wax Formulas, Brow Pencils And Powders, And Aftercare Products.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Brow Waxing Expert Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, As They Will Be Interacting With Clients On A Daily Basis. This Includes Being Able To Communicate Effectively, Listen To Client Needs And Concerns, And Provide A Positive And Welcoming Experience.

  • Attention To Detail: Brow Waxing Is A Delicate And Precise Procedure That Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail. A Brow Waxing Expert Should Be Able To Work With Precision And Accuracy To Ensure That Each Client Receives The Best Brow Shape For Their Face.

  • State Cosmetology License: In Order To Perform Brow Waxing Services, A Brow Waxing Expert Must Hold A Valid Cosmetology License Issued By The State. This Ensures That The Individual Has Completed The Necessary Training And Education To Perform Beauty Services Safely And Effectively.
