Beauty Services Manager

Ulta Beauty is a leading beauty retailer that’s looking for an experienced, creative, and highly organized Beauty Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing our beauty services team and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience in our beauty salon.We’re looking for an individual with an enthusiasm for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service. You should also have a minimum of 5 years of management experience in the beauty industry, and a proven track record of coaching and developing teams. Responsibilities:

1. Hire, manage, coach, and develop a team of beauty services professionals.
2. Ensure that our beauty services team is providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
3. Maintain a safe and organized environment in the beauty salon.
4. Track performance of beauty services team and provide feedback and guidance.
5. Train beauty services team on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
6. Monitor inventory of beauty services products and order supplies as needed.
7. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Create and update policies and procedures for beauty services operations.
9. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
10. Work with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for beauty services.
