The Beauty Sales Consultant must have a strong understanding of Ulta Beauty products and services, and be able to accurately explain them to customers. Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care advice to customers, helping them select the best products for their individual needs.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of Ulta Beauty products and services and accurately explain them to customers.
3. Build relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and communication.
4. Create attractive displays in store and maintain a neat and orderly environment.
5. Monitor sales trends and stock levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
6. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing products.
7. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and answer any questions they may have.
8. Track customer feedback and complaints, and report any issues to management.
9. Participate in product demonstrations and promotional events.
10. Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
