Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about cosmetics and skin care, and is able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all our products and services. You must have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with potential and existing customers. In addition, you must possess a friendly, upbeat attitude and demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to Ulta Beauty clients, building strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
2. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Ulta Beauty's products and services, keeping up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.
3. Upsell beauty products to customers, thereby increasing the amount of sales generated.
4. Maintain an organized and tidy work station.
5. Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies and procedures.
6. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection and purchase.
7. Remain professional and courteous at all times.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues.
9. Process payments and coordinate shipping and delivery of products.
10. Participate in promotional and marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
