Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide an exceptional customer experience
2. Assist customers with product selection, make-up applications and other beauty needs
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty products and trends
4. Follow-up with customers and ensure satisfaction
5. Recommend additional products and services
6. Achieve sales targets and KPIs
7. Monitor stock levels and replenish as necessary
8. Assist with merchandising activities
9. Participate in in-store and off-site events
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
