Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Beauty Sales Consultant to join our team at Ulta Beauty! Our ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, enjoys helping others, and is excited to learn new products and techniques. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, building relationships, and helping to create the ultimate shopping experience.Required Qualifications:• High school diploma/GED • A minimum of 1 year experience in retail sales • Knowledge of makeup, skin care, and fragrance products • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to use a point of sale system/cash register • Ability to use computer and mobile devices • Passion for the beauty industry

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs

• Provide advice and guidance on the selection of beauty products

• Maintain and restock shelves and displays

• Receive and process payments for product purchases

• Explain product features and benefits to customers

• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized

• Participate in store promotions and events

• Maintain accurate records of customer purchases

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of products

• Stay up to date on current beauty trends and product offerings

• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
