Job Description

At Ulta Beauty, we are looking for an experienced Beauty Sales Consultant who is passionate about beauty and styling to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong background in providing excellent customer service and helping our guests find the perfect beauty products. As a Beauty Sales Consultant, you will use your knowledge and expertise to ensure our guests look and feel their best. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for beauty, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You must be able to multitask and handle a variety of tasks and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a retail beauty setting is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to Ulta Beauty guests.
  2. Help guests find the perfect beauty products for their needs.
  3. Utilize knowledge and expertise to make sure guests look and feel their best.
  4. Communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
  5. Assist in providing a unique and engaging shopping experience for guests.
  6. Create sales opportunities by suggesting additional products or services.
  7. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  8. Remain up to date on current trends in beauty, styling, and customer service.
  9. Handle a variety of tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Provide support to other team members when needed.
