  1. Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and concerns.
  3. Utilize expert knowledge of beauty products and trends to make personalized recommendations to customers.
  4. Educate customers on the features and benefits of various beauty products.
  5. Demonstrate and apply products on customers to showcase their effectiveness.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves and displays.
  7. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products to customers.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales to effectively educate customers.
  9. Continuously build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  10. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer information.
  14. Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Role Of A Beauty Advisor Involves Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore, Strong Customer Service Skills Are A Must For This Job.
