1. Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
3. Offer beauty consultations to customers in order to understand their beauty goals and make personalized recommendations.
4. Educate customers on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
5. Demonstrate and promote a deep understanding and passion for all beauty categories, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
6. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Ulta Beauty products, services, and promotions.
7. Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
8. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
9. Assist in stocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
10. Attend and participate in product training and store meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
11. Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
12. Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in work areas and follow all health and safety regulations.
