  1. Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Possess a deep understanding of all products and services offered at Ulta Beauty.
  3. Provide expert beauty advice and recommendations to customers based on their individual needs and preferences.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date with current beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  6. Possess excellent communication skills to effectively listen to and understand customers' beauty concerns and needs.
  7. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by going above and beyond to meet customers' expectations.
  8. Assist customers with product selection, application techniques, and usage instructions.
  9. Promote and sell Ulta Beauty's products and services to meet and exceed sales goals.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, displays, and testers.
  11. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  12. Uphold Ulta Beauty's standards and policies at all times.
  13. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continually enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  14. Continuously strive to achieve personal and team performance goals.
