They Should Also Be Up-To-Date With Current Trends And Be Able To Make Product Recommendations Based On Customer Needs.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Beauty Advisor, One Must Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Ulta Beauty Customers. This Includes Actively Listening To Customer Needs, Offering Personalized Recommendations, And Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns.
