- Stay up to date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively educate and assist customers.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their individual needs, skin tone, and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and application techniques to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Actively promote and sell Ulta Beauty's loyalty program, credit card, and other promotions to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking and replenishing products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all customers are being assisted and the store is running smoothly.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals, while also providing excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
