As a Beauty Advisor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise and passion for beauty products with our valued customers, while also promoting and driving sales. 1. Greet and welcome customers to Ulta Beauty with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering personalized beauty recommendations and solutions.
3. Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.
4. Assist customers in finding and trying out products, offering demonstrations and tutorials if needed.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products through product knowledge and personal recommendations.
7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
8. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and stay updated on industry developments and changes.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
10. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing Ulta Beauty's brand image.
11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
12. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
13. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
14. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and team members.
15. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives, contributing to a positive and successful work environment.
