- Proactively communicate with clients to inform them of any wait times or changes to their appointments.
- Handle cash and credit transactions, and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Use creativity and excellent communication skills to suggest and promote retail products that meet the client's needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, and contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are properly cleaned and maintained for optimal use.
