- Consult with clients to understand their needs and desired looks, and offer expert advice and recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and properly stocked.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the salon's booking system.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry, attending training and workshops as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
