- Work closely with experienced Stylists to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Assist in executing creative and personalized beauty and fashion looks for customers.
- Stay up-to-date on current beauty and fashion trends.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure all looks are executed flawlessly.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and team members.
- Collaborate with Stylists to brainstorm and develop new and innovative looks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Continuously learn and grow in the beauty industry.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each client has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Previous Experience In A Retail Or Salon Environment, Preferably In A Stylist Or Assistant Stylist Role.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Current Fashion And Beauty Trends, As Well As The Ability To Translate Them Into Customer Recommendations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Rapport With Clients And Work Collaboratively With A Team.
Familiarity With Various Hair And Makeup Techniques, As Well As A Willingness To Learn And Adapt To New Products And Services Offered At Ulta Beauty.
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts, Including Evenings And Weekends, To Accommodate The Needs Of Clients And The Store.
