- Assist stylists in providing exceptional service to clients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Aid in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including regularly sanitizing tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate exceptional knowledge and passion for beauty and style trends, providing recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with stylists to create and execute unique and personalized looks for clients.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking products as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry.
- Help maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for clients and team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the salon by meeting sales goals and promoting products and services.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and processing payments.
- Continuously stay updated on new product releases and industry trends to better serve clients.
- Take direction and constructive feedback from stylists to improve skills and techniques.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Represent Ulta Beauty in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Salon Environment, With A Focus On Customer Service And Sales.
Knowledge Of Current Beauty Trends And Products, With A Passion For The Beauty Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Assist And Interact With Clients.
Demonstrated Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once.
Cosmetology License Or Certification Preferred, But Not Required.
