Job Description

Ulta Beauty is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced Arch Expert to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers to ensure they have a positive and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty, a commitment to customer service, and a drive to succeed. To be successful in this role, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of beauty trends and products. You must also be organized, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude. Lastly, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience.
  2. Maintain a high level of knowledge on beauty trends and products.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Work with customers to complete sales transactions and answer any questions they may have.
  5. Assist with merchandising, stocking, and also replenishing inventory.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products and trends.
  7. Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and ways to improve customer experience.
  8. Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and customer service.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures.
  10. Assist with training new team members.
