Arch Expert

Ulta Beauty is looking for an Arch Expert to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service. This position requires a highly motivated individual who is passionate about beauty and has a strong attention to detail. The Arch Expert will be responsible for guiding customers through our expansive selection of brow and lash services, as well as providing a friendly and welcoming experience in our stores.The qualified candidate must have a strong knowledge of brow and lash services, as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience in retail sales is a plus. In addition, the Arch Expert must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities: • Provide knowledgeable and friendly advice on brow and lash services to customers • Educate customers on proper use of products, services and techniques • Assist customers in selecting the best services for their needs • Assist customers with product recommendations and usage instructions • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for customers • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all store policies and procedures • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently • Provide excellent customer service at all times • Uphold a positive team attitude • Work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively • Assist in training new team members in service procedures and safety standards
