Safety Manager

Uline is looking for an experienced and passionate Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing safety programs across multiple locations and ensuring compliance with Uline’s safety standards. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and driven to create a safe and secure work environment for our employees.To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in safety management or a related field, experience with OSHA regulations, and excellent organizational skills. Additionally, a successful Safety Manager will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage safety programs across multiple locations.
2. Ensure compliance with Uline’s safety standards.
3. Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
4. Review and update safety policies and procedures.
5. Monitor safety performance and provide feedback.
6. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
7. Develop and deliver safety training and education programs.
8. Maintain records of safety inspections and audit results.
9. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety laws.
10. Stay current on new safety regulations and best practices.
11. Develop and manage safety budgets.
12. Develop and manage safety programs for new locations.
13. Coordinate with other departments to ensure safety policies are being followed.
14. Monitor safety equipment and supplies.
