Logistics Analyst

Uline is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Analyst to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Uline’s supply chain and logistics operations, so we’re seeking a candidate who has a passion for problem-solving and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in logistics operations and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field. Knowledge of supply chain management, warehouse operations, and transportation is a must. The successful candidate should have an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and the ability to think critically. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize Uline’s supply chain and logistics operations
• Develop strategies to improve logistics efficiency and cost savings
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and recommend solutions to optimize inventory management
• Develop and analyze reports on logistics performance, including shipping and receiving activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate shipments
• Assist in the identification and resolution of shipping and receiving issues
• Monitor and optimize transportation route plans
• Research and evaluate new carriers for cost-effectiveness
• Utilize data and analytics to develop solutions to improve logistics operations
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain operations
