Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage logistics, warehousing, and transportation functions to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
2. Oversee daily operations of the logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams.
3. Analyze current processes and develop strategies for improvement.
4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy of shipments.
5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other transportation vendors.
7. Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation vendors.
8. Monitor and review transportation costs and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects.
10. Monitor and review performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
11. Work with other departments to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
12. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
